1、阴道镜检查联合醋酸白试验在宫颈癌普查中应用价值　　【摘要】目的：探讨阴道镜检查结合醋酸白试验在农村妇女宫颈癌普查中的应用价值。方法：以年龄在30～64岁的已婚农村妇女作为筛查对象。对筛查对象实施免费宫颈癌和生殖系统疾病检查。检查方法包括常规妇科检查、白带涂片检查、绝经妇女宫颈涂片检查、阴道镜检查、醋酸白试验、组织病理学检查。结果：共筛查农村妇女15201名，对全部筛查对象进行了妇科检查、阴道镜检查、醋酸白试验。确诊宫颈上皮内瘤样病变109例，其中CIN1级85例，CIN2～3级24例，CIN患病

2、率71.7/万；宫颈癌3例，其中宫颈浸润腺癌2例，宫颈原位癌1例，宫颈癌患病率1.97/万。宫颈癌患者年龄37～47岁。农村妇女生殖系统患病率较高的疾病，分别是细菌性阴道炎253.2‰，外阴、阴道假丝酵母菌病119.1‰，宫颈炎症118.3‰，盆腔炎51.9‰，子宫肌瘤32.6‰，外阴营养不良19.7‰，卵巢囊肿11.4‰。结论：阴道镜检查联合醋酸白试验，在宫颈癌普查中提高了宫颈上皮内瘤样病变诊断的准确性。该方法费用低，容易操作，适合于边远贫困地区大范围的宫颈癌普查。【关键词】阴道镜检查；醋酸白
