1、226可北中医2014年2月第36卷第2期HebeiJT∈翌!璺!鱼：中药烫疗联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎34例临床观察唐宇蓝芳邱菲邱少彬(广西中医药大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科，广西南宁530023)【摘要】目的观察中药烫疗联合西药治疗活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床疗效。方法将68例RA患者随机分为2组，治疗组34例应用中药烫疗联合西药治疗，对照组34例应用单纯西药治疗，2组均治疗15d后比较疗效，观察2组治疗前后临床指标、实验室指标变化。结果治疗组总有效率88．23％，对照组总有效率67．65％，2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<

2、0．05)，治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后晨僵持续时间、关节压痛数、关节肿胀数及双手平均握力均较本组治疗前改善(P<0．01)，且治疗组改善更明显(P<0．05)。2组治疗后红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL一6)及肿瘤坏死因子Ot(TNF一0【)均较本组治疗前降低(P<0．01)，且治疗组降低更明显(P<0．05)。结论中药烫疗联合西药可改善RA患者关节病变。具有较好疗效，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】关节炎，类风湿；中西医结合疗法；白细胞介素类；肿瘤坏死因子仪【中图分类号】R593．220．58【文献标识码
