2、放肠溶胶囊治疗，疗程均为lO天。观察治疗前后患者腰背部疼痛及活动的改变情况。结果：治疗组治愈59例，显效20例，有效11例，无效2例，总有效率97．83％；对照1组治愈38例，显效l9例，有效18例，无效1O例，总有效率88．24％；对照2组治愈24例，显效20例，有效l9例，无效20例，总有效率75．90％。治疗组总有效率明显优于对照1组，对照l组总有效率明显优于对照2组，差异均具有统计学意义(P
