2、4例,颞叶癫痫组24例。应用1.5T场强的磁共振(magneticresonance,MR)设备分别对双侧海马结构(hippocampusformation,HF)行氢质子波谱采集。比较TLE患侧组、对侧组及对照组各代谢物比值,并行致痫灶定侧诊断。结果TLE患侧组的N2乙酰天门冬氨酸/胆碱+肌酸[N2acetylasparte/(choline+creatine),NAA/(CHO+Cr)](0.46±0.08)、N2乙酰天门冬氨酸/肌酸(N2acetylas2parte/creatine,NAA/Cr)(0.92±0.23)下降,
3、与对侧组、对照组(分别为0.57±0.10、1.26±0.22;0.67±0.08、1.47±0.10)差值有显著性意义(t值分别为6.88、7.94,P<0.01)。结论SVS是一种无创性探测脑组织内生化物质改变的方法,对颞叶癫痫的定侧诊断具有很大价值。[关键词]单体素磁共振波谱;颞叶癫痫;诊断[中图分类号]R742.1[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1000-1905(2008)06-0625-04Diagnosisoftemporallobeepilepsywithsingle2voxelhydrogenprotonmagneti
