2、，即正常组、假手术组、模型组、预艾灸组、预电针组、预针灸组，每组各l0只，以双侧海马注入Ap制作AD大鼠造模。取穴“百会”和双侧“肾俞”穴。采用免疫组化法测定大鼠海马CA1区HSP70、HSP90的平均光密度表达。结果通过4周的预艾灸治疗，预艾灸组、预电针组、预针灸组大鼠海马CA1区HSP70、HSP90的平均光密度表达均较模型组有显著提高(P<0．01)。结论艾灸预刺激、电针预刺激及针灸预刺激能通过诱导脑内HSP70、HSP90的表达来抑制AB毒性级联反应，从而起到保护神经元的作用。关键词：阿尔茨海默病；针灸疗法；
