2、张素转换酶抑制剂(AcEIs)洛汀新和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARBs)科素亚对损伤足细胞的保护作用。方法6O只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、单肾切除组、单。肾切除+洛汀新组[10mg/(kg·d)灌胃]、单肾切除+科素亚组E2omg/(kg·d)灌胃]、糖尿病肾病组、糖尿病肾病+胰岛素注射组(早晚各2U甘精胰岛素皮下注射)、糖尿病肾病+胰岛素注射+洛汀新组和糖尿病肾病+胰岛素注射+科素亚组,共8组。通过右肾切除+STZ45mg/kg一次性腹腔注射建立I型DN模型,模型建立16周后进行药物干预,期间每4周称量大鼠体质量,药物干预8周后处死动物。留取血清和尿标本,观察血糖、尿糖、尿蛋白/肌
