2、的影响,并采用响应面分析法优化提取工艺条件。在超声波频率40kHz的条件下,超声波辅助提取家蚕蛹虫草子实体多糖的最佳工艺条件为:料液质量浓度0.0232g/mL,提取时间39.8rain,超声波功率103W。在此工艺条件下,家蚕蛹虫草子实体多糖提取率的预测值为8.20%,实测值为8.15%,比传统热水浸提法的提取率提高了1.08个百分点。扫描电子显微镜观察提取多糖后的蛹虫草子实体残渣颗粒的排列更为疏松,有较多的中空结构,表明采用超声波辅助提取更有利于家蚕蛹虫草子实体多糖的溶出。关键词家蚕蛹虫草;子实体
