1、针刺研究201g年6月第37卷第3期·237·温针灸肌肉刺激疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效观察杨晓初何少峰王仁灿周咏梅(浙江省新昌县中医院，新昌312500)【摘要】目的：观察温针灸肌肉刺激疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)的临床疗效。方法：120例OA门诊病人，随机分成对照组和治疗组各6O例。对照组使用西乐葆口服治疗，治疗组采用温针灸肌肉刺激法治疗，共治疗4周。治疗后即时和治疗后3个月进行疗效判断、疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、国际骨关节炎Lequesne指数、不良反应等评价。结果：治疗后即时，治疗组总有效率为96．6(58／60)，高于对照组的78．3(47／6O，P<0．05)；治疗后3个月治疗组
