1、湖南中医药大学学报2012年11月第32卷第11期74JournalofTCMUniv．ofHunanNov．2012Vol．32No．11温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床观察夏东斌1，黄维媚1，王熙龙1，黄泳2（1．南方医科大学珠江医院中医科，广东广州510280；2．南方医科大学南方医院针灸科，广东广州510515）〔摘要〕目的观察温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法将90例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组，其中温针灸组、丛刺电针组、温针灸结合丛刺电针组各30例。温针灸组和丛刺电针组分别采用单纯温针灸和单纯丛刺电针进行刺激，温针灸结合丛刺电针组则是两种疗法隔天交替
2、进行刺激，10d为1个疗程，两个疗程后统计疗效。结果温针灸结合丛刺电针组治愈率和有效率均明显高于其他两组，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。同时，温针灸结合丛刺电针组患者治疗后的生活质量明显优于单纯温针灸治疗或单纯丛刺电针治疗（P＜0.05），差异有统计学意义。结论温针灸结合丛刺电针治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效显著，并能明显改善患者生活质量，值得临床推广应用。〔关键词〕膝骨性关节炎；温针灸；丛刺电针；临床观察〔中图分类号〕R246.2〔文献标识码〕B〔文章编号〕doi:10.3969/j.issn.1674－070X.2012.11.022.074.04Clinicalobservation
