2、A后,体外转录合成生物素标记的cRNA,并与寡核苷酸芯片进行杂交使用激光共聚焦扫描仪进行图像扫描。配合数据处理软件读取、处理数据,筛选出2倍及以上差异表达基因。结果筛选出的2倍及以上差异表达基因占每张芯片上基因总数的1.270%~4.644%,这些基因主要分属于免疫相关基因、细胞信号和传递蛋白相关基因、代谢相关基因、蛋白质翻译和合成相关基因、DNA结合、转录和转录因子类基因、发育相关基因等。4例寻常型银屑病患者与正常人相比较有共同差异表达的基因共52个,其中17个基因表达上调,35个基因表达下调。结论基因芯片
