1、现代医药卫生2012年9月30日第28卷第l8期JModMedHealth,September30,2012,Vo1.28,No.182733··论著·罗格列酮对2型糖尿病模型小鼠学习记忆及中枢免疫炎性反应的影响宿怀予,岳永花(1.乐山市人民医院药剂科,四川乐山614000;2.山西省中医药研究院,山西太原030012)【摘要】目的研究罗格列酮对2型糖尿病模型小鼠(KK小鼠)学习记忆能力及中枢免疫炎性反应的影响。方法将30只KK小鼠随机分为罗格列酮治疗组、空白对照组和模型组。罗格列酮组给药3周,Morris检测各组小鼠的学习记忆能力:眼眶后
