1、中国神经免疫学和神经病学杂志2013年9月第2O卷第5期ChinJNeuroimmunol&Neurol2013,Vo1.20,No.5·335·酒精性痴呆大鼠模型的建立方法及评价吴晓牧曾玉娥杨海玉摘要:目的通过比较不同酒精作用途径、剂量和时间对学习记忆功能的影响,寻求酒精性痴呆(alcohol—associateddementia,AAD)动物模型的最佳建立方法。方法以SD大鼠为实验对象,选择不同剂量酒精(20,4~12mL/kg)连续腹腔注射和灌胃,持续周期为14d和28d,并以Morris水迷宫行为学检测、大鼠海马组织形态
