1、第2o卷第ll期河北医学Vo1．20，No．1lHEBEIMEDIC矾ENov．，20142014年n月文章编号：1006-6223(2014)11-1791-03血浆内脂素水平在多囊卵巢综合征患者中的变化及意义’谢家滨(广东省深圳市松岗区人民医院妇产科，广东深圳518105)摘要：目的：探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血浆内脂素水平的变化及其临床意义。方法：回顾性分析88例PCOS患者(观察组)及60例健康妇女(对照组)的体重指数(BMI)、血浆内脂素以及腰臀比等资料，根据BMI将两组再次分为肥胖组与非肥胖组，并在各组之间进行对比分析，同时分析PCO

2、S患者血浆内脂素与BMI、腰臀比的相关性。结果：观察组患者肥胖率(78．4％)显著高于对照组(25．0％)(P<0．01)；观察组BMI、血浆内脂素水平以及腰臀比均显著高于对照组(P<0．01)；观察组内两组患者血浆内脂素水平均显著高于对照组内两组(P<0．O1)；PCOS患者血浆内脂素水平与BMI、腰臀比均呈显著正相关(P<0．05)。结论：PCOS患者血浆内脂素水平显著增高，且与BMI及腰臀比密切相关，可作为PCOS的一种新型实验室指标进行辅助诊断。关键词：内脂素；多囊卵巢综合征；血浆文献标识码：Bdoi：10．3969／j．issn．1006-62
