3、eFunctioningoftheEuropeanArticle1Union,DefinitionsHavingregardtoRegulation(EC)No661/2009oftheEuropeanForthepurposesofthisRegulation,thefollowingdefinitionsParliamentandoftheCouncilof13July2009concerningtype-shallapply:approvalrequirementsforthegeneralsafetyofmotorvehicles,thei

4、rtrailersandsystems,componentsandseparatetechnicalunitsintendedtherefor(1),andinparticularArticle14(1)(a)(1)‘vehicletypewithregardtothespaceformountingandthethereof,fixingofrearregistrationplates’meansvehicleswhichdonotdifferinsuchessentialrespectsas:Whereas:—thedimensionsofth
