3、necessary,amendedinordertoadaptthemtothedevelopmentofscientificknowledge.HavingregardtotheTreatyontheFunctioningoftheEuropeanUnion,(3)Regulation(EC)No661/2009laysdownfundamentalprovisionsonrequirementsfortype-approvalofHavingregardtoRegulation(EC)No661/2009oftheEuropeanvehicleswithregardtove

4、hicleidentificationmethods.ParliamentandoftheCouncilof13July2009concerningtype-Therefore,itisnecessarytoalsosetoutthespecificapprovalrequirementsforthegeneralsafetyofmotorvehicles,procedures,testsandrequirementsforsuchtype-theirtrailersandsystems,componentsandseparatetechnicalapproval.unitsi
