2、查，内容包括人口统计学资料，甲状腺疾病相关症状，皮肤表现和甲状腺功能检测结果。甲状腺功能检测项目包括促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(fT3)、游离甲状腺素(fT4)和ATA、抗一Tg。结果白癜风患者23例(23Vo)血清ATA升高，11例(11)血清抗一Tg升高；而对照组只有5例血清(6．3)ATA升高，3例(3．8)血清抗一Tg升高，病例组与对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。病例组血清TSH水平为(1．59±1．25)U／I，对照组血清TSH水平为(1．14±1．08)u／i，差
