1、·论蓄·JMedRes，Jun2015，Vo1．44No．6老年心力衰竭合并AECOPD患者血清PINP、p—CTX的水平变化及临床意义何正飞摘要目的探讨血清PINP、B—CTX在老年心力衰竭合并AECOPD中的水平变化及意义。方法选择2011年1月一2013年12月期间62例老年心力衰竭合并COPD患者为研究对象。将62例患者按照COPD严重程度分为AECOPD32例(A组)，COPD缓解期30例(B组)。另选择同期在笔者医院体检的健康人群36例为对照组。统计受试者血清PINP、母一CTX含量，并对各指标与年龄、烟龄、肺功能、BMI的关系进行相关性分析。结果观察

2、组血清PINP、B—CTX含量明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。A组血清PINP、13一CTX含量明显低于B组，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。老年心力衰竭合并AECO·PD患者经治疗后血清PINP、B—CTX水平明显较治疗前提高，差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。血清PINP水平与烟龄呈负相关(r=一0．298，P=0．035)，与FEV％预计值、FEV。／FVC(％)呈正相关(r=0．318，0．402；P=0．038，0．016)；血清13一CTX水平与烟龄呈负相关(r=一0．297，P=0．026)，与FEV。％预计值、FEVl／FVC(
