1、经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变的诊断价值EffectivenessofApplicationofTVCDSinDiagnosisofEndometrialLesions潘菊花，何晖[摘要】目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在诊断子宫内膜病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我武汉市第十一医院超声科，院收治的167例经手术病理证实的子宫内膜病变患者的经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查资料。结果子湖北武汉430015宫内膜增生过长及子宫内膜癌患者内膜厚度均>10mm，最厚达27mm；子宫内膜癌均伴有宫腔积液；子宫内膜增生过长、子宫内膜息

2、肉、子宫粘膜下肌瘤之间的动脉阻力指数(RI)无显著差异(P>0．05)，而这些良性病变与子宫内膜癌患者的RI值有显著差异(P<0．05)。与病理结果相比，经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜息肉、子宫粘膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜增生过长、子宫内膜癌的诊断符合率分别为91．3％、95．1％、96．9％和92．O％。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对子宫内膜病变具有较高的检出率，且对患者子宫几乎没有损伤，值得在I临床上推广。【关键词】经阴道彩色多普勒超声；子宫内膜增生过长；子宫内膜息肉；粘膜下肌瘤；子宫内膜癌Abstract：Objecti
