1、·8·中国现代药物应用2015年1月第9卷第2期ChinJModDrugAppl，Jan2015，Vo1．9，No．2对比检测血清中抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体对类风湿关节炎的诊断价值评估邓毅吴雪峰雷鸣吴建华【摘要】目的探讨检测血清中抗环瓜氨酸肽(抗一CCP)抗体对类风湿关节炎(RA)的诊断价值。方法收集RA患者86例(RA组)、非RA患者44例(非RA组)和健康体检者32例(对照组)，分别采用酶联免疫吸附法检测抗一CCP抗体水平，并以免疫透射比浊法检测类风湿因子(RF)，比较各组的检测结果。结果RA组的抗一CCP抗体及RF水平均显著高于非RA组与对照组(尸<
