2、影响。对检测HBsAb阴性者用荧光定量PCR方法检测I-IBV—DNA，探讨无应答与I-IBV感染的关系。结果1734名乙肝血清标志物5项全阴且全程接种乙肝疫苗者检测HBsAb，阳性1638A．(94．46％)，阴性96人(5．54％)，不同性别构成学生的疫苗免疫应答差异有统计学意义(P<0．01)。对96名乙肝疫苗无应答者检测HBV—DNA，结果有9人HBV—DNA阳性(9．38％)。结论大学生接种乙肝疫苗后乙肝表面抗体转阳率高，性别可影响免疫接种后乙肝表面抗体转阳率．低水平的HBV感染是导致乙肝疫苗无应答的重要原因之一。[关键词]年轻人；学生；肝炎疫苗
