1、ChineseGeneralPractice·2794·镥@潮∥专题研究·COPD急性加重期纤维蛋白原和D一二聚体水平与预后的关系研究陈建强【摘要】目的探讨COPD急性加重期(AECOPD)患者纤维蛋白原(FIB)和D一二聚体水平与预后的关系。方法选择2012年8月—2013年8月江苏盛泽医院收治的AECOPD患者134例为研究对象，依据患者预后分为无呼吸衰竭组(WRF组，39例)、呼吸衰竭好转组(RFI组，48例)、呼吸衰竭死亡组(RFD组，47例)。对比分析3组患者的FIB、D一二聚体水平以及二者与AECOPD患者预后的关系。结果RFD组与RF

2、I组FIB、D一二聚体水平高于WRF组，RFD组高于RFI组(P<0．05)。Spearman相关分析显示，FIB、D一二聚体水平均与AECOPD患者的预后呈正相关(r：0．764，P=0．002；r=0．832，P=0．000)。结论AECOPD患者FIB、D一二聚体水平升高，且与AECOPD患者预后呈正相关，在临床治疗时应予以监测。【关键词】肺疾病，慢性阻塞性；纤维蛋白原；D一二聚体；预后【中图分类号】R563【文献标识码】Adoi：10．3969／j．issn．1007—9572．2014．24．003陈建强．COPD急性加重期纤维蛋白原和D
