2、010年1月～2013年1月我院收治的上肢长骨干骨折患者146例，随机分为两组，每组各73例，分别采用行带锁髓内针(髓内针组)和形状记忆合金内固定(记忆合金组)治疗。比较两组临床疗效、手术情况及术后生活质量。结果记忆合金组手术时间和骨折愈合时间分别为(1．69±0．62)h和(11．42±3．71)d，显著短于髓内针组(P
