1、·1720·安徽医药AnhuiMedicalandPharmaceuticalJournal2013Oct；17(10)AFP、AFU和DCP联合检测对原发性肝癌的诊断意义李生，林英辉，潘元平，潘爱萍(广西中医药大学第一附属医院检验科，广西南宁530023)摘要：目的探讨甲胎蛋白(AFP)浓度、_L_岩藻糖苷酶(AFU)活性和异常凝血酶原(DCP)活性在原发性肝癌(PHC)诊断的应用价值。方法应用化学发光法和酶联免疫分析法对原发性肝癌患者血清中AFP、AFU与DCP进行检测，并与对照组、良性肝病组进行比较。结果AFP、AFU任一阳性、AFP、DCP任一阳性、AFU、DCP任一阳性和

2、AFP、AFU、DCP任一阳性诊断PHC的敏感性均高于AFP、AFU、DCP单项指标诊断PHC的敏感性，差异有统计学意义(均P<0．05)。其中AFP、AFU、DCP任一阳性诊断PHC的敏感性为92．03％，但特异性仅为59．99％，显著低于AFP、AFU、DCP单项指标诊断PHC的特异性，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。AFP、AFU、DCP均为阳性诊断PHC的敏感性虽然仅为45．07％，但特异性为95．o7％，显著高于其他指标，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论联合测定AFP、AFU与DCP能提高对PHC诊断的特异性与灵敏性，对PHC的临床诊断具有重要价值。关键词：原发性
