2、AFP．L3，后采用化学发光法检测AFP．L3含量及血清AFP总量，再计算AFP-L3的比值，即AFP．L3占血清AFP总量的百分比。采用CNPF底物法检测血清AFU，采用循环酶法检测血清HCY。结果PHC患者血清中AFP．L3、AFU和HCY水平均明显高于良性肝病组和正常对照组(P均
