2、例，术后53例)，肝硬化患者15例，病毒性肝炎患者15例和健康体检者15例(对照组)，分别对各组患者及体检者进行血清AFP和AFU同步测定，并对PHC患者进行术前、术后AFP和AFU检测。结果PHC患者术前血清AFU水平均明显高于肝硬化组、病毒性肝炎组和对照组(P<0．01)；PHC患者术后AFU、AFP水平均明显低于术前(P<0．05)；PHC患者术后AFU、AFP水平均高于对照组(P<0．01)；AFU、AFP单独检测，以及AFU联合AFP检测的受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)下面积分别为0．727、0．7
