2、超观察栓塞前后瘤体大小，采血查血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)水平。结果实验组肿瘤体积由(1565±315)mm缩小至(1054-4-463)mm；对照组肿瘤体积由(1568-4-323)mm缩小至(1275±472)mm．组间差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。实验组血清ATJr从(736±212)u／L增至(816±247)u／L，对照组从(745±215)u／L增至(796-_4-236)u／L，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论介入性灌注热碘油联合瘤体注射热碘油对兔VX2肝癌模型有更强的抑制作用。【关键词】肝肿瘤；热碘油；动物实验中图分类号：R735．7
