2、化学方法,观察肾间质成纤维细胞增殖、细胞上清FN浓度及c0lI、ColⅢ的表达。结果:软肝方含药血清对hTGF—B诱导的细胞增殖无影响;但大、中剂量软肝方能不同程度地降低FN的分泌及Coll、Collll的表达,软肝方大剂量组作用最强(P<0.O1)。结论:复方鳖甲软肝片方在一定程度上抑制TGF—B】诱导的肾间质成纤维细胞ColI或colⅢ的表达,大剂量软肝方作用最强。[关键词]肾间质成纤维细胞复方鳖甲软肝片方血清药理学FNColIColⅢTheInfluenceofCompoundBiejiaRuanganPrecriptiononRenalInterstit
