2、Wnt5a重组蛋白体外刺激LX一2和Wnt5ashRNA病毒转染LX-2，以qRT-PCR、ELISA检测促炎细胞因子IL．1B、IL-6的水平变化。结果LPS及TNF．ot可显著刺激LX-2Wnt5a表达增加(P<0．05)；Wnt5a重组蛋白可促进LX-2细胞IL-113、IL-6表达和分泌(P<0．05)；Wnt5ashRNA转染LX一2后IL一1B、IL-6表达水平显著降低(P<0．05)，ELISA发现Wnt5ashRNA转染组培养上清IL一1B、IL-6水平显著低于pLVX．NC—shRNA组与LX-2组(P
