2、剂学教研室,上海2004334.第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院微创二科,上海200438[摘要]目的研究可显影碘化油一氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸微球介入治疗新西兰兔肝癌模型的疗效。方法将肝肿瘤模型兔随机分为3组,分离右侧后肢的股动脉,经股动脉插入微导管至肝动脉,经导管将各组药物分别注入肝脏肿瘤组织周围动脉:空白组不给予任何药物治疗;药物对照组给予氟尿嘧啶注射液和碘化油注射液;实验组给予自制可显影碘化油一氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸微球。定期影像学评价,观察肿瘤生长和药物栓塞情况。结果发现可显影碘化油一氟尿嘧啶聚乳酸微球能有效栓塞在肝肿瘤组织周围,肿瘤细胞明显凋亡
