1、临床研究Linchuangyanjiu《中国医学创新》第11卷第2o期(总第302)2014~7月七氟烷和丙泊酚麻醉对老年肺癌患者的影响分析夏玉红①邹志鸿②徐锦⑦【摘要】目的：探讨七氟烷与丙泊酚对老年肺癌患者认知功能的影响。方法：选取2011年3月一2013年9月本院收治的100例老年肺癌患者，按照随机数字表将其分为丙泊酚组和七氟烷组各5O例，对两组患者的术前、术后的精神状态评分及血清S100B蛋白情况进行对比分析。结果：两组的手术时间和麻醉时间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05o术后3d内，七氟烷组的NNSE评分明显高于

2、丙泊酚组(P<0．05)，术后8d后，两组MMSE评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。两组术前20min、术后30rain的血清$100B蛋白水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0．05o七氟烷组术后2d的血清S100B水平明显低于丙泊酚组，差异有统计学意义(P<0，05o结论：七氟烷和丙泊酚对老年肺癌患者的术后早期认知功能会有一定的影响，但七氟烷麻醉术后发生认知功能障碍发生几率低，恢复快，值得在临床推广。【关键词】七氟烷；丙泊酚；认知功能障碍EfectsAnalysisofSevofluraneandPropofolAn
