3、腺癌患者和169例健康对照,提取血液基因组DNA,利用高分辨率熔解曲线(highresolutionmelting,HRM)法7(~PHB~因单核苷酸多态性位~1049620、rs9893420、~4987083进行基因分型,并对检测结果进行非条件Logistic归分析和X检验。结果:PHB基因rs9893420和rs4987083位点在病例组和对照组人群均表现为单一基因型,rs1049620三种基因型G/G、A/G、A,A在病例组和对照组间分布差异均无统计学意义(尸>0.05),在不同组织病理学分型和不同
