1、现代预防医学2013年第40卷第22期ModemPreventiveMedicine，2013，Vo1．40，NO．22·4283··临床与预防·SLIPA喉罩全麻在老年患者骨科手术学应用中的有效性和安全性杨安波(广州中医药大学附属北碚中医院，重庆400700)摘要：目的探讨SLIPA喉罩麻醉在老年患者骨科手术中的麻醉效果与安全性。方法将某院2010年1月2011年12月择期行骨科手术的72例老年患者随机分成2组：实验组36例；对照组36例。实验组采用SLIPA喉罩麻醉：对照组采用气管插管麻醉。观察和比较两组患者的手术麻醉相

2、关时间参数、麻醉围手术期的血流动力学变化以及移开喉罩／拔管后并发症发生情况。结果两组的手术时间、麻醉时间差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)，实验组置人喉罩／插管操作时间、苏醒时间、术后移开喉罩／拔管时间明显少于对照组(P<0．05)；实验组的置人喉罩／插管即刻(T1)、置入喉罩／插管后3min(T2)、移开喉罩／拔管即刻(T4)、移开喉罩／拔管3min(Ts)的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)指标水平明显比对照组稳定(P<0．05)；实验组患者移开喉罩／拔管后的低血氧症、呛咳、恶心呕吐、咽喉痛、躁动等并发症发生
