2、院麻醉科【摘要】目的研究无肌松全麻联合SLIPA喉罩置人对主动脉夹层介入手术围术期应激反应的影响。方法选择主动脉夹层择期行介入下覆膜支架置人术患者4_4例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组22例。对照组全麻使用肌松药并插入气管导管，观察组采用无肌松药全麻并置入SLIPA喉罩。对比手术中各时间点的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(P)、心率收缩压乘积(RPP)、血氧饱和度(SpO)。观察两组拔管期呛咳、躁动等拔管反应，并记录从停药到拔管(喉罩)时间、麻醉药总量。结果对照组麻醉诱导及拔管期血流动力学波动高于观察组；严重呛咳、躁动例
