1、·12·(总572)中医正骨2014年8月第26卷第8期补肾活血中药对膝骨关节炎患者经典Wnt／~·-catenin通路调控作用的临床研究唐萌芽，倪慧英，张学民，邵丽芳(浙江省富阳市中医骨伤医院，浙江富阳311400)摘要目的：观察补肾活血中药治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法：纳入研究的膝骨关节炎患者30例，采用口服补肾活血中药治疗。比较治疗前及治疗后12周，膝骨关节炎患者的JOA评分和WOMAC评分；并采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应检测wnt一5a、B．catenin、BMP一2mRNA表达的变化情况。结果：治疗后12周，JOA评分较治疗前明显提高[(62．0

2、1-1-11．79)分，(80．90±6．90)分，t=4．767，P=0．001]；WOMAC评分较治疗前明显降低[(43．20±10．89)分，(19．20±5．43)分，t=4．535，P=0．002]；Wnt一5a、B—catenin、BMP一2mRNA表达量较治疗前均降低(2．74±0．69，1．444-0．29，t=4．874，P=0．001；3．21±1．13，1．45±0．32．t=5．574，P=0．001；3．55±1．38，1．33±0．53，￡=4．235，P=0．003)。结论：采用补肾活血中药治疗膝骨关节炎，能改善膝关节功能，缓解患者疼痛；降低
