1、1310主堡壁堂查至!旦箜鲞箜!塑—nesthesiol，Novenlber2013，Vo1．33，N。．11·麻醉并发症·七氟醚预处理对老龄大鼠术后认知功能障碍的影响于丽丽赵艾华霍树平陈旭光宋珊王秋筠王璐琪【摘要】目的评价七氟醚预处理对老龄大鼠术后认知功能障碍的影响。方法健康成年雄性sD大鼠120只，18月龄，体重400—450g，采用随机数字表法，将其分为3组(n=40)。对照组(C组)：仅戊巴比妥钠麻醉，不进行手术；手术组(0组)：戊巴比妥钠麻醉后行剖腹探查术，手术时间30min；七氟醚预处理组(Sev组)：吸入2．4％七氟醚30min，然后吸入空气3

2、0min后处理同0组。于术前3Omin及术后第1、3、5、7天时，行Morris水迷宫实验，记录逃避潜伏期、平台象限停留时间和穿越原平台次数；并于术前30min及术后第1、7天时，取海马组织，采用流式细胞术测定海马神经元凋亡率、胞浆ca离子浓度([Ca：]i)；透射电镜下观察海马神经元超微结构。结果与c组比较，O组和sev组术后逃避潜伏期延长、平台象限停留时间缩短和穿越原平台次数减少，海马神经元凋亡率、胞浆[ca2]i升高(P<0．05)；与O组比较，Sev组术后逃避潜伏期缩短、平台象限停留时间延长和穿越原平台次数增多，海马神经元凋亡率、胞浆[Ca2]i降低
