1、中华麻醉学杂志2014年2月第34卷第2期ChinJAnesthesiol,February2014,Vo1.34,No.2l47·麻醉并发症·七氟醚麻醉对老龄大鼠海马胶质细胞活化的影响杨美华王苗苗胡南王超李依泽王海云王国林【摘要】目的探讨七氟醚麻醉对老龄大鼠海马胶质细胞活化的影响。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠104只,体重6OO~650g,1920月龄,采用随机数字表法分为2组(n=52):对照组(C组)和七氟醚组(s组)。S组行胫骨骨折切开复位内固定手术,吸入3.6%七氟醚2h进行麻醉。于术后1、3和7d进行Y迷宫实验和恐惧条件化训练实验,并取海马组织
2、,采用免疫荧光法检测小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞的活化程度,采用Westernblot法检测IL-6和TNF-a的表达水平。结果与C组比较,s组各个臂内穿梭次数总和减少,N臂停留时间缩短,条件诱导僵直时间百分比和场景相关僵直时间百分比降低,海马小胶质细胞和星形胶质细胞活化水平升高,海马IL-6和TNF—a表达上调(P<0.05)。结论七氟醚麻醉诱发的老龄大鼠术后认知功能障碍可能与增强海马胶质细胞活化有关。【关键词】麻醉药,吸人;小神经胶质细胞;星形细胞;老年人;海马Efectofsevofluraneanesthesiaonactivationofgliocy
