1、耳穴贴压配合柴胡解郁汤治疗卒中后抑郁患者60例临床观察摘要：目的：观察耳穴贴压配合柴胡解郁汤治疗卒中后抑郁(post-strokedepression,简称PSD)的临床疗效,并对5-HT递质水平进行监测和评价。方法：将120例PSD患者随机分为治疗组60例，对照组60例，对照组给予口服舍曲林片治疗。治疗组给予耳穴贴压配合柴胡解郁汤治疗，治疗8周后评价疗效，分别在治疗第2、4、8周给予记录HAMD评分、测定血清5-HT递质水平观察疗效。结果：治疗后治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学

2、意义;HAMD评分较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01),且组间相比(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;对照组治疗2周后HAMD评分与治疗前相比(P>0.05),差异无统计学意义;4周后与治疗前比较(P<0・05),差异有统计学意义；同一时间点组间比较：治疗第2周末治疗组HAMD评分与同一时间点对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0・05)。结论：耳穴贴压配合柴胡解郁汤治疗中风后抑郁疗效明显，其作用机制可能与其升高PSD患者血清5-IIT递质水平密切相关。关键词：卒中后抑郁，柴胡解郁汤;
