2、试验料液比、微波功率、浸泡时间、提取时间对提取率的影响。结果最佳提取工艺参数为:以环己烷为萃取剂,固定超声功率50W,料液比为1:8、浸泡时间60min、微波功率500W、提取时间5rain。在此条件下,挥发油提取率为2.51%。结论采用微波一超声辅助协同提取挥发油工艺简单可行,是提取挥发油的有效工艺之一。用于提取四味清口含片中广陈皮、桂心、细辛挥发油。结果满意。【关键词】四味清口含片;挥发油;微波一超声辅助协同提取;正交实验设计【中图分类号】R284.2【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1673—9
