2、，静脉输注右美托咪定1．Oug／kg(以生理盐水稀释成lOml，10min完成)，C组以同样方式输注生理盐水10ml。分别记录输注右美托咪定前即刻(基础值T0)、输注右美托咪定后即刻(T1)、气管插管前即刻(T2)、气管插管后1min(T3)、3min(T4)、5min(T5)时的HR、SBP、DBP、BIS；并于TO、T3～T5时分别抽取静脉血2ml测定血浆皮质醇(Cor)浓度。结果与C组比较，D组Cor浓度、SBP、DBP、BIS明显降低，HR明显减慢(P<0．05)。结论麻醉前静脉输注右美托咪定1．0ug／
