2、生深静脉血栓形成1例，切口愈合不良1例，余切口均I／甲愈合。随访x线片检查所有手术病例均未出现假体松动情况。疗效评估采用HSS膝关节评分系统，总分100分，大于85分为优，小于59分为差，评估内容包括关节疼痛、功能以及活动度，还包括关节的稳定性、肌力、屈膝畸形等。经术后随访显示本组HSS评分平均86分。结论使用国产AK—JPX后稳定型膝关节假体置换术后早期临床疗效满意，中远期疗效需进一步观察关键词：膝关节置换；后稳定型；早期疗效doi：10．3969／j．issn．1009—6469．2014．11．034Earlyclinicalef
