1、·提要目的：研究高屈曲度后稳定型假体（NexGenHighLPS-Flex）全膝关节置换术的早期疗效。方法：35例(41膝)行高屈曲后稳定型（NexGenHighLPS-Flex）人工全膝关节假体置换，所有患者均未行髌骨置换。其中获得随访3个月以上患者的有30例（35膝），平均随访时间（9.34±4.41）月（3—18个月）。对这些患者测量其术前、术后膝关节活动度，并进行HSS膝关节评分。结果：获得随访的患者膝关节活动度从术前平均（93.14±19.25）°改善到术后平均（124.70±10.64）°。术前HSS评分平均为（54.51±12.19）分，术后HSS评

2、分平均为（90.63±3.60）分；根据HSS评分系统评定疗效：优33例，良2例，优秀率达94.29％。术后出现深静脉血栓症状者2例，刀口延迟愈合者2例，脂肪液化者1例。1例患者于术后1年出现膝关节感染，经保守治疗无效后行膝关节融合术，后痊愈。其他患者随访X线片示假体位置、下肢力线良好，未见有假体周围透亮区出现。结论：高屈曲后稳定型假体（NexGenHighLPS-Flex）全膝关节置换术的早期临床疗效满意，长期疗效还需进一步观察。关键词高屈曲；后稳定；膝关节，假体；关节成形术，置换，膝；早期临床疗效···Thepreliminaryclinicaloutcome
