1、2014年3月第12卷第7期·论著·45舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉用于胸科手术中的临床价值探析李功胜(湖南省人民医院麻醉科，湖南长沙410005)【摘要】目的通过临床观察探讨舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉在胸科手术中的效果。方法选取2012年7月至9月我院所收治的进行普通胸科手术的患者6O例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组3O例。对对照组患者使用传统的静脉复合全麻，而实验组则用舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉。比较观察两组惠者在采用不同的方法麻醉后的临床效果。结果经过不同方法的麻醉，实验组的麻醉诱导前与气管插管前比对照组的麻醉诱导前与气管插管前的SBP、HR明显降低；对照组的气管插

2、管后和气管拔出前比实验组的气管插管后和气管拔出前的SBP的明显增高；对照组的胸腔探查、气管拔出前、后此实验组的HR明显增快，统计学上均有意义(P<0．05)。结论普通胸科手术中运用全凭舒芬太尼复合丙泊酚全凭静脉麻醉的效果明显优于传统的静脉复合全麻，可在临床广泛应用。【关键词】静脉麻醉；舒芬太尼；丙泊酚；胸科手术中图分类号：R614文献标识码：B文章编号：1671-8194(2014)07-0045-02ExploretheClinicalValueofSufentanilCombinedwithPropo~olforTotalIntravenousAnesthesiainThora
