2、分为两组：即在术后放疗中使用顺铂周次增敏化疗组(A组)和未使用顺铂周次增敏化疗组(B组)，分别进行回颐洼生存分析。结果A、B两组5年无病生存率分别是66．2％．4-6．2％、53．3％．4-7．2％，5年总生存率分别是48．O％．4-6．1％、55．5％±7．2％。A、B两个治疗组在无病生存率和总生存率相比均有统计学差异(P=0．012；尸：0．048)。结论IB．ⅡA期宫颈癌术后化疗后具有高危因素的患者在放疗时同步行顺铂周次化疗可以起到增敏的作用并可提高远期生存率。[关键词]宫颈癌；放射治疗；顺铂；增敏化疗；远期生存率[中图
