2、验组自放疗当日口服替加氟，每次0．1～0．2g，每天3次，至放疗结束。对照组在放疗同时伍用顺铂2Omg快速静滴，每周2次，按病人对药物的反应及耐受性给予4～6周的增敏。结果两组病人近期疗效差异无显著性，而骨髓抑制和胃肠道不良反应差异有统计学意义(。一10．25、3．75，P<0．05)。结论中晚期食管癌放疗并用替加氟增敏效果与顺铂相近，副作用轻微，病人耐受性较好。[关键词]食管肿瘤；替加氟；顺铂；辐射增敏药；放射疗法[中图分类号]R735．1O5[文献标志码]A[文章编号]1008—034l(2012)0
