1、2013年4月第10卷第12期·工作探讨·热灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床观察卢志文卢光黄俭黄树明黄宪平黄振黎彩霞广东省罗定市人民医院肿瘤科，广东罗定527200[摘要1目的观察体外高频热疗联合胸腔热灌注化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床效果及不良反应。方法选择广东省罗定市人民医院38例已确诊的胸腔积液患者，并分为观察组与对照组，每组各19例。胸腔穿刺引流干净胸腔积液后．观察组给予热疗+生理盐水1000mL+顺铂80mg／m，对照组则单纯给予生理盐水10O0mL+顺铂80mg／m注入胸腔内。两组均每周灌注2次，连续3周，评定临床效果。结果观察组的近期总有效率为78．95％，KPs评

2、分总提高率为63．16％；而对照组的近期总有效率为42．11％，KPS评分总提高率为26．32％。观察组的胸腔积液控制率、KPS评分升高率明显优于对照组(P<0．05o两组不良反应无明显差异。结论体外高频热疗联合胸腔热灌注化疗能较好地治疗恶性胸腔积液，且能提高晚期肿瘤患者的生活质量，副作用少，耐受性好，值得临床推广应用。【关键词1恶性胸腔积液；体外高频热疗；热灌注化疗；顺铂【中图分类号】R734．3【文献标识码】B【文章编号】1673—7210(2013)04(C)一0163～03Clinicalobservationofperfusionchemotherapyinthe
