2、42例，化疗期间给予帕洛诺司琼止吐治疗，对照组41例，给予昂丹司琼止吐治疗。观察两组恶心呕吐的控制效果及不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组在急性期的完全缓解率和有效率分别为52_3％VS46．3％和71．4％vs60．9％，两组比较差异均无显著性(P>O．05)。治疗组和对照组在延迟期的完全缓解率和有效率分别为50．O％VS29．4％和76．2％VS51．2％，差异有显著性(P
