1、西部医学2013年5月第25卷第5期MedJWestChina，May2013，Vo1．25，No．5·687·放疗同步多西他赛方案与TP方案治疗中晚期宫颈癌疗效比较杨娟，张克强(湖南省肿瘤医院妇瘤五科，湖南长沙410000)【摘要】目的探讨中晚期官颈癌患者同步放化疗的化疗方案选择。方法选择120中晚期宫颈癌患者，完全随机分为对照组和观察组各6O例。观察组接受放疗同步每周多西他赛方案，对照组接受放疗同步每周多西他赛+顺铂(TP)方案，观察两组的临床疗效及不良反应。结果观察组的临床有效率为98．3，对照组的有效率为96．7，组间差异无统计学意义(P>O．05)。观察组不良反应主要为消
