1、合理用药2014年!月第7卷第7期下ChinJofClinicalRationalDnlgUse。July2014．Vo1．7N7C·73··临床研究·防旋股骨近端髓内钉手术治疗股骨转子问骨折的效果观察王国新【摘要】目的研究防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折的临床效果。方法本院2011年6月—2O13年6月收治股骨转子间骨折患者68例，按Evans—Jensen分型标准分型，通过防旋股骨近端髓内钉治疗，记录患者手术时间、手术出血量。出院后随访，定期复查，记录髋关节功能恢复情况及并发症。结果Ⅱ型患者的手术时间、近端切口长度、

2、术中失血量、术后下床部分负重时间、术后并发症与其他三组比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；V型患者的手术时间、近端切口长度、术中失血量与其他三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)；V型患者术后关节功能优良率低于Ⅲ型、Ⅳ型、V型患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论防旋股骨近端髓内钉对于不同临床分型转子间骨折取得了良好的疗效，但对复杂型转子间骨折医源性创伤较大，总体来讲，防旋股骨近端髓内钉是治疗股骨转子间骨折的理想方法。【关键词】股骨骨折；防旋股骨近端髓内钉；治疗结果【中图分类号】R683．421【文献标识码】B【
