2、制的2,4-二硝基苯肼溶液作为衍生化试剂,超声辅助衍生化15min,再用带有紫外检测器的高效液纺-量相色谱仪进行检测,流动相为(乙睛):V(水)=60:40,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为350FIB。结果表明:甲醛加标回收率为81.36%~109.80%,相对标准偏差为2.20%~9.34%,定量限≤5.0mg/kg。该方法具有前处理时织T蹦间少,重复性好,结果准确等优点,为毛织物中甲醛的测定和相关质量安全评价提供了可靠手段。学关键词甲醛;超声萃取;高效液相色谱;柱前衍生化艮R2e}中图分类号:TS195.1文献标志码:AC盯Determinationofformaldehyd
