1、联合固定技术治疗験骨粉碎性骨折的临床探讨郑秋涛苏立新梁卫东赵小明李立东曹晓强室双乐唐山市第二医院创伤骨科摘要：目的探讨克氏针、张力带、钢丝环扎、可吸收丝线缝合联合固定技术治疗離骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年6月一2015年5月唐山市第二医院收治并成功随访的32例離骨粉碎性骨折患者。其中男性20例，女性12例;平均年龄44.5岁（1965岁）；左侧10例，右侧22例。致伤原因:摔伤10例,道路交通伤15例，高处坠落伤7例。所有患者均采用切开复位克氏针、张力带、钢丝环扎、可吸收丝线缝合联合I古I定技术治疗。结果32例术后均获得随访，时间1228个月，平均1
